There were two near the buffet and when it was busy, guests had to fight the lines to throw the trash out. Trash can near the door would be helpful. I think the layout of the area could be done differently for better flow. Breakfast was pretty good and the line moved fairly quickly. I like a firm mattress so I thought the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls seem very thin and there were several nights that you heard running and conversations in the halls good part of the night. The tub filled with water when showering so you are standing in 4 inches of water by the end of the shower. Although we had maid service every other day, our trash was never emptied and was overflowing by week’s end. My original reservation was for $2,368.81 yet I was charged $2,380.83.

I am home now and the charges were reversed. During the course of the week, I received additional bills via email as the kept braking down my stay every couple of days. I called the office the next day, and explained everything to Annette who apologized for the mix-up as she could see my original reservation. I went to the desk and spoke with a young lady who said I was being charged for a “no show” night and didn’t want to even talk to me about it and said to call the corporate office. Double Yuck! I had an invoice from the hotel in my email that night charging me for 1 night 7/5 - 7/6. Yuck!The bathroom had no ventilation either. Hair in the sink, tub and behind bathroom door. We got to our room and realized that the vanity is outside the bathroom.
